Many years ago, one of my students, who was also a Medical school student, told me about her project investigating how Brazil was dealing with the issue of Aids and youth. She was surprised how open the campaign was in comparison to the approach in the US. I don't know the numbers right now, but I'm proud that in this sense Brazil is not hypocritical.
